It was late Saturday afternoon and I was feeling a bit down because my Giveaway event results so far have been OK but not spectacular… and I was looking at my daily “to do” tasks and thinking I had to change them because somehow I needed a boost or a little miracle to drop by.
Today I had an early start again as our coaching webinar started at 5am Thailand time.
Dragged myself out of bed at 4.30am to be sure I could get my internet connections organized in time – we have to recharge the home power supply batteries and check our electrical wiring conductors first – only joking but some days it seems like this!

Anyway, I had a few moments to spare before our webinar started so checked my blog for any comments, looked at Google analytics to see if my visitor trends were still going up (and they were!) and then had a quick look in my email….and wow…notification from PayPal of my very first ever sale!

It has been almost 3 weeks since I stated right here on my blog that by the 18th June, 2010, I would have “at least 500 subscribers.”
I could parade a whole variety of reasons why that target is going to be a real stretch for me but in the end it’s either “put up or shut up!”

Right up front I want to say that this is a long post BECAUSE this particular topic is so important to anyone starting out with an online business.
More often than you realise new comers to the world of online business are “caught in a dream world” or what is sometimes referred to as a “marketing coma”.
